Wood-oven pizza in Testaccio since 1974
Thin, crisp Roman pizza, made by the same family for three generations. Come and sit down, or take it home in a box.
Three generations, one oven
Nonna Ines opened the pizzeria in 1974, in what used to be a coal merchant's shop. The oven was built that spring, and it has been lit every working evening since.
Her son Franco still stretches the dough. Her granddaughter Giulia runs the room and will tell you, kindly, that there is no pineapple.
